Stack for an AI voice app: ElevenLabs and what to pair it with
Pair ElevenLabs with a normal web stack. The Starter plan is the launch pick because it lists a commercial licence. The free plan is for trying it.
That verdict is Kritelo's judgement. The prices are not.
A voice app is not only a voice API. You still need somewhere to put the project, the audio settings, and the users. The default below is a non-coder stack. Developers get Cursor in place of Lovable.
ElevenLabs was advertising a cheaper first month until 18 Oct 2026. The table uses the standing monthly price from their FAQ, not the promo.
Not researched in the validation report.
Lovable is a fit for this role. You describe the app in chat and Lovable builds a web app. The docs say you do not need technical knowledge to start.
Supabase is a fit for this role. Supabase is hosted Postgres plus auth, file storage, and APIs. A project can be used as a normal Postgres database.
Vercel is a fit for this role. Vercel hosts Next.js and other web apps, with preview deploys and a global network.
ElevenLabs is a fit for this role. ElevenLabs turns text into speech and covers other audio tools from one credit balance.
| Tool | While you build | At launch |

Questions
Does the total include the voice credits?
The Starter subscription is a flat monthly fee and is in the total. Extra usage past the included credits is not, because it depends on how much you generate.
